Copes of two mails from my post of profile pictures to the ffs-support list...

Alyssa,

You pose an interesting challenge. You come across visually as feminine, yet
there is something... I'm trying to put my finger on it. Some of the other gals
far better at this than I, hopefully, will give you some advice. Anyhow, FWIW,
here are my thoughts:

o Forehead, nose, brows, ears, lips: all cute as can be, IMHO. Awesome cute
profile. :)

o I see some fullness in the jaw, mandibular reduction may be a cool idea.

o Slight tracheal prominence; may as well get that fixed.

o Scalp advance will do wonders. Transplants are an alternative. Hard to pin
this down accurately due to bangs.

You might get Audrey (she's on the list) to do a virtual ffs on your pics. That
would help you and us visualize the consequences of recommended procedures.

That's it, lucky gal. Bet you pass pretty well already. You're gonna drive guys
wild.

Vickie

.. and ..

Alyssa,

All else being equal having a surgeon a short trip away is actually a
benefit, as we've discovered while discussing post-op care. It's
always helpful when you can return in person to be looked at and have
your questions answered directly. vDD is at the top of the class, imo.

As an ophthalmic surgeon I would just add that you would greatly
benefit from repair of your strabismus (mislaignment of your eyes).
That's rarely an issue here, but I think it'll make a great deal of
difference to you. It's like getting your teeth fixed, another
underappreciated feminizing set of procedures.

Dana
